Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based at the Medcity International Academy centre in Thrissur. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth delivery of training programs, and maintain high standards of learner experience and service quality. Responsibilities include managing faculty and administrative staff, scheduling classes, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. The role involves driving enrolments, nurturing relationships with students and guardians, coordinating marketing and outreach activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will also prepare reports, manage budgets, support digital learning initiatives, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and growth for the Thrissur branch.
