Thinklab Digital Solutions is looking for a creative, organised, and communication focused Social Media Coordinator to join our team at our HITEC City office in Hyderabad.

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, planning and coordinating content, engaging with our audience, and supporting business outreach activities. You will work closely with our content, creative, and marketing teams to improve brand visibility, generate leads, and build meaningful relationships with potential clients and business partners.

The role involves both social media management and business outreach. You should be comfortable creating content ideas, coordinating posts, communicating with people, identifying potential business opportunities, and representing the company professionally across digital platforms.

You should have a valuable understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, communication, and basic marketing principles. If you enjoy creating content, connecting with people, exploring business opportunities,

Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
Develop content ideas based on current trends, audience interests, and business objectives.
Coordinate with content creators, designers, video editors, and marketing team members for content production.
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and relevant inquiries.
