Role Description This full-time Sales Engineer role is based in Recent Delhi and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site client visits and office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will identify customer needs, present appropriate equipment solutions, and support the sales cycle from initial inquiry to order closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating with engineering and operations teams,



and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, prospecting new clients in industrial, mining, and road construction sectors, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will also track opportunities, report on pipeline status, and contribute feedback to improve offerings and service quality.
Qualifications
Solid Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand equipment specifications and translate them into practical solutions.
Strong Sales and Customer Service capabilities, including lead generation, relationship management, and follow-up on inquiries and proposals.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams.
