Role Description The Sales Counselor and Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for engaging prospective learners and families, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them toward suitable programs and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations via phone, video calls, or chat, explaining course offerings and benefits, and providing clear information about pricing, schedules, and enrollment processes. The role involves managing leads, following up consistently,



maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, and meeting enrollment and revenue targets. The Sales Counselor and Associate will collaborate with academic and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high levels of customer satisfaction. This position also requires proactively collecting feedback, resolving queries, and contributing ideas to improve sales approaches and learner support.
