Role Description The Sales Officer – HoReCa & Institutional Division is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving sales growth across hotels, restaurants, cafes, and institutional clients. The role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, managing the sales pipeline,



and maintaining solid relationships with key accounts in the HoReCa and institutional sectors. The Sales Officer will conduct regular client visits, present product offerings, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams on product promotions, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and preparing sales reports to support decision-making. The position requires a proactive, target-oriented professional who can represent Oriline’s brand values and contribute to long-term customer partnerships.
Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and manage stakeholder expectations.
Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, particularly within HoReCa or institutional segments, to drive efficient coverage and revenue growth.
