Help us build the sales engine for the next generation of EOR technology.
We are an early-stage, VC-funded SaaS startup backed by a large established global company, building technology for the rapidly growing Employer of Record (EOR), AOR and global workforce management industry.
We are now looking for a high-energy, ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our early sales team and help build our international customer pipeline.
This is not a traditional SDR role. You will have the prospect to work directly with the sales and leadership teams, engage with international decision-makers and play a meaningful role in building our go-to-market engine from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Identify and research prospective customers across global markets.
Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through email, LinkedIn,
phone and other channels.
Engage with senior decision-makers including CEOs, CHROs, HR leaders, CFOs, Global Mobility and Procurement leaders.
Understand prospects' challenges around EOR, global hiring, payroll, compliance and workforce management.
Clearly communicate our SaaS platform's value proposition and generate interest.
Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to continuously improve our GTM strategy.
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information in our CRM.
Consistently achieve and exceed SDR and pipeline-generation targets.
What We're Looking For
2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, SDR, Business Development or Inside Sales.
