About The Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented TA Intern to support our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement — in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates




Support the onboarding process for current hires, including document collection and orientation logistics
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases with accuracy
Help organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs
Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and internal announcements
Conduct research on HR trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices
Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide general administrative support to the team

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with any HRIS is a plus
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a collaborative team e
