Job Description: Performance Marketing Manager

Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (aligned with Canadian client hours)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Off Days: Every Sunday + 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 1.5 – 2 years

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute,



and optimize digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads, understands local SEO and Google Business Profile management, and can help convert incoming leads through effective nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, cost per lead, conversions, and return on ad spend.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Develop ad copy, creatives, landing-page recommendations, and campaign strategies to improve lead quality.
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) listings.
Support SEO activities, including on-page SEO, keyword planning, local SEO, and performance tracking.
Set up and manage lead-nurturing workflows through WhatsApp, email, CRM, calls, or automation tools.
Track leads from inquiry through conversion and id
