Job Profile: Senior Project Engineer (MEPF & Structure)
Location: Gurugram
Employment Type: Full-time, WFO, General Shift
Preferred experience: 5 - 8 years

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer (MEPF & Structure) to manage and coordinate
engineering and construction activities for commercial projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with
US-based Project Managers, oversee project documentation,



support estimating activities, maintain quality
standards, and ensure timely execution of project deliverables.

Responsibilities:
 Manage end-to-end engineering and project coordination activities for MEPF, Structural, and
Architectural projects.
 Coordinate daily with US-based Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution and
timely delivery.
 Prepare, review, and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, shop drawings, and project
documentation.
 Assist Project Managers in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and bid preparation during project
initiation.
 Review engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and
compliance.
 Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and company quality procedures throughout the project
lifecycle.
 Maintain and manage project document control systems and document management
applications.
 Conduct technical training sessions and mentor
