Overview:
The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting-edge capabilities in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Mastercard Services' Operational Intelligence (OI) team is expanding its AI platform with Agentic AI, API-driven intelligence, and LLM-powered autonomous systems,



with a focus on transforming financial reconciliation and operational workflows across the payments ecosystem.
We are seeking a Specialist, Product Management – AI & Financial Reconciliation to support the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered and API-enabled reconciliation products. This is a generalist product role that spans agentic AI features, API product support, and analytical enablement. You will work closely with senior product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate reconciliation domain requirements into explicit product artifacts, assist in API capability analysis, and help drive execution across the product lifecycle.
This role is well-suited to someone with a solid foundation in product management and a growing interest in AI/ML and fintech, who wants to work at the intersection of financial operations and intelligent automation.
