Role Description As a Social Media Marketing Manager at Social Butter Consultancy, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns for multiple brands across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. You will manage content calendars, coordinate with designers and copywriters, oversee posting schedules,



and ensure brand consistency in all communications. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance analytics, optimizing campaigns for engagement and conversions, responding to audience interactions, and preparing regular reports for clients. You will collaborate closely with the strategy and design teams to develop creative concepts, support brand launches, and contribute to integrated digital marketing initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.
Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for client interaction and internal collaboration.
