About The Role

The Bookkeeper position at R Singh Skilled Corporation is a full-time, remote role designed to support the daily accounting operations of our diverse client base. This role is integral to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and firm procedures.



The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and reconciling financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing routine journal entries. They will assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple client files efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and be comfortable working within the Canadian time zone to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with the team and clients.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification - CA IPCC & B.COM Graduate.
Experience working with QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online is considered an asset.
Proven bookkeeping skills, including maintaining general ledgers and recording daily transactions.
