Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Hygiene Manager to join our organization in Udaipur, India. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive hygiene and sanitation standards across all operational areas. You will lead our hygiene initiatives with a collaborative approach,



ensuring compliance with local and international regulations while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with robust leadership capabilities, driving organizational success through meticulous attention to hygiene protocols and proactive risk management.
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive hygiene management systems and sanitation protocols across all operational departments
Conduct regular internal and external hygiene audits, food safety inspections, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Manage supplier audits and microbiological monitoring programs to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety
Perform food safety risk assessments and implement corrective action management procedures to address identified gaps
Lead and mentor the hygiene team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure consistent execution of hygiene standa
