GTM Business Development Specialist / Associate – US Market

Zolt Security is looking for a driven GTM Business Development Associate to help us expand into the US market.

This is a full-time role for someone who enjoys prospecting, starting conversations, and building relationships with decision-makers in the cybersecurity and SaaS space.

What You’ll Do :-

* Identify and prospect potential customers in the US market.
* Connect with Founders, CTOs, CISOs, Engineering and Security leaders.
* Conduct cold calls, outbound outreach and follow-ups.
* Understand prospect requirements and identify relevant opportunities.
* Introduce Zolt and schedule qualified product demos.
* Maintain and build a strong US sales pipeline.
* Work closely with the founding team to improve our US GTM strategy.

What We’re Looking For :-

* Prior experience in B2B Business Development / Sales.
* Experience in US outbound sales is preferred.
* SaaS, IT or Cybersecurity sales experience is an advantage.
* Strong spoken English with a neutral / US-friendly accent.
* Comfortable with cold calling,



prospecting and follow-ups.
* Confident communicating with senior decision-makers.
* Self-driven, proactive and outcome-oriented.
* Comfortable working US business hours / night shift from India.
