Role Description The Senior Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the individual will support daily business operations,



including processing policy-related documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to customers. The Senior Associate will assist in data management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves regular interaction with cross-functional stakeholders, responding to queries, and escalating issues when needed to maintain a high standard of customer experience. The individual may also contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and implementation of best practices within the team.
