Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Senior Network Administrator role. The Senior Network Administrator will design, implement, monitor, and optimize network infrastructure to support high-availability broadcast and corporate operations. Responsibilities include configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs; managing network performance; diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues; and coordinating maintenance and upgrades to minimize downtime. The role involves collaborating with system administrators, security teams, and technical support staff to ensure secure, stable, and scalable network services, as well as documenting configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Administration and Network Security to manage, secure, and optimize enterprise-scale networks.




Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose issues quickly and provide timely resolution for network-related incidents.
Candidates should possess System Administration skills to integrate and support servers and related infrastructure within the network setting.
Candidates should possess experience with routing and switching technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper), firewalls, VPNs, and WLAN solutions.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Network+, or similar credentials are beneficial.
Experience in media, broadcast, or high-availability environments is an advantage.
Strong documentation practices, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams are required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
