About the Role
This is not a desk-only Client Servicing role.
The Client Servicing & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing existing clients, developing new business opportunities,



creating campaign concepts and presentations, planning execution, coordinating vendors and actively participating in on-ground campaigns.
The person should be equally comfortable sitting across the table from a Brand Manager and standing at a campaign venue solving an execution problem.

Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing
Manage and grow relationships with existing MarketMen clients.
Meet clients regularly to understand upcoming requirements and briefs.
Proactively approach existing clients for upcoming campaigns and opportunities.
Maintain strong communication before, during and after campaign execution.
Ensure timely follow-ups on briefs, proposals, approvals and pending decisions.
Build long-term client relationships leading to repeat business.
Recent Business Development
Participate in pitching MarketMen services to prospective clients.
Attend meetings with new clients.
