This is where you come in.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a manager – Techno-Commercial (APIs, Intermediates & Pharma Chemicals) who can combine technical understanding with strong commercial acumen to drive business growth.
You will be responsible for developing markets, identifying products and opportunities, acquiring customers, managing key accounts, supporting the sales team and driving revenue across South India, North India and Ahmedabad.





This is a hands-on business role — from understanding products and market requirements to developing customers, closing opportunities, achieving targets and solving critical business challenges.
If there’s a problem, you own it. If there’s an opportunity, you chase it.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
1. Business Growth & Revenue
Own revenue growth across APIs, Pharma Intermediates & Specialty Chemicals.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
Identify new customers, markets, products and revenue opportunities.
Expand existing accounts and increase market penetration.
2. Sales Team Leadership
Lead and drive the sales team across assigned territories.
Set targets, KRAs and territory plans and ensure solid execution.
Monitor pipeline, customer visits, enquiries, conversions and collections.
Conduct regular performance reviews and build a high-performance sales culture.
