The Senior Technology Business Analyst - Revenue Management (Commercial Scope) will support the digitalization, optimization, and harmonization of commercial Revenue Management capabilities across Europe, ensuring alignment with Sandoz strategic objectives. Acting as a key liaison between Commercial, Market Access, Finance, Country Organizations, and IT teams, the role will translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant, and integrated technology solutions that enable productive revenue management processes across the European generics and biosimilars landscape.

Sandoz operates in a complex European market environment where revenue is influenced by tender-based pricing, country-specific reimbursement systems,



reference pricing models, and contractual agreements with distributors, pharmacies, hospitals, and public payers. This role requires strong expertise in commercial revenue management processes and the ability to understand end-to-end business impacts across upstream and downstream applications and integrations.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyze and support Revenue Management processes including pricing, contract management, tender execution, discounts, rebates, accruals, chargebacks, and post-invoice commercial flows.
Capture, structure, and document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, reporting needs, and data requirements.
Assess current business processes, identify gaps, and drive the transition from As-Is to To-Be process models aligned with business objectives.
