We’re seeking a Senior Analyst to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in deal execution, client service, and firm-building. Here, you won’t get lost in a hierarchy. You’ll work directly with Managing Directors and have a voice in every phase of the process - from origination through close.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct detailed industry, company, and financial analysis to support client engagements
Build valuation models, including DCF, LBO, public comparables, and precedent transactions
Prepare marketing materials such as CIMs, management presentations, and pitch decks
Drive critical parts of the sale process including buyer list development, buyer outreach, and due diligence coordination
Help manage client relationships and support direct communication with entrepreneurs, executives, and investors




Contribute to the internal growth of Windridge Advisors through recruiting, training, and firm initiatives

Who You Are:
Minimum of 1-2 years of M&A; advisory, investment banking, or transaction services experience (sell-side focus strongly preferred)
Sharp analytical thinker with strong financial modeling skills and a meticulous attention to detail
Entrepreneurial spirit — you thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments where creativity and initiative are valued
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with C-level executives confidently
Team-oriented, with a commitment to building a positive, collaborative culture
Bachelor's degree from a top university with strong academic performance
(Bonus) Experience with S&P; Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Salesforce CRM, and virtual data room platforms
(Bonus) FINRA Series 79 or 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range: $100,000–$120,000 de
