Role Description The Production Engineer – Wire and Cable will oversee daily production activities at the Bhiwadi manufacturing facility in a full-time, in office capacity. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling wire and cable production, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and implement process improvements. The Production Engineer will conduct root-cause analysis of production issues, maintain accurate records of output and material usage, and support audits and compliance with relevant industry standards. The position also requires close collaboration with quality and maintenance teams to ensure consistent product performance and reliable plant operations.
