JOB DESCRIPTION - Assistant Homeopathy Doctor

• Patient consultation and case taking of medical history and symptoms
• Explanation of dosage of medications to the patient along with do’s and don’ts
• Dispensing of homoeopathic medications under the guidance of Dr. Pravin Dhole
• Monitoring and follow up with the patients to assess the treatment progress.
• Teleconsultation with patient or patients’ parents / caregiver
• Taking follow up of patients ensuring the information of follow up sheet is complete and tracking progress of the patient
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive health care
• Monitoring inventory management of medicines, stickers, bottles, globules, etc.
• Answer patients query in skilled manner
• Helping receptionists for any queries regarding patient.




• In absence of receptionist maintaining patient daily record, receiving and answering calls, giving patient follow up form & registration form, finding patient’s case paper from files, booking appointment of patient on calendly application
• Preparing medicines in bottles and sticker application in bubble wrap for courier domestic as well as international along with writing address
• Writing medical bills and prescriptions for patients.
• Attending online meetings of various topics like kareexpert patient management app
• Taking patients medical record documentation like blood test, Psychological assessment, etc.
