Role Description The Advisory Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. The Advisory Associate will guide clients through the end-to-end property advisory process, including understanding requirements, presenting suitable options, conducting site visits, and supporting negotiations. This role involves managing client communications,



maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property inventory, and pricing, and preparing basic reports and documentation related to client interactions. The Advisory Associate will collaborate with senior advisors and internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction experience and high client satisfaction. The role also includes follow-up with leads, nurturing long-term relationships, and supporting marketing and outreach initiatives as needed.
