Mingrow is building an AI-powered Business OS that helps businesses manage and grow their operations from one platform, powered by 12 AI Agents.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive who can take ownership of the complete B2B sales cycle and drive measurable revenue.
? What You’ll Own
Lead Generation → Cold Calling → Qualification → Follow-ups → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other channels.
Connect with business owners, founders, CXOs, and decision-makers.
Understand prospect requirements and identify business problems.
Conduct product presentations and demos of Mingrow AI Business OS.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow up consistently and convert qualified opportunities.
Prepare proposals and quotations.
Handle objections and negotiate with decision-makers.




Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records.
Build solid, long-term client relationships.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities.
? What We’re Looking For
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, follow-ups, demos, negotiation, and closing.
Experience in SaaS, AI, CRM, ERP, IT services, or business software is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable speaking directly with senior decision-makers.
Strong sales target and revenue orientation.
Good CRM and pipeline management skills.
Self-driven and capable of working independently.
