Role Description The Area Sales Manager – Thane will oversee sales operations and business development activities across the assigned territory, with a primary focus on the Kalyan Dombivli region. This full-time, on-site role includes identifying prospective clients, nurturing relationships with developers and investors, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.



The person in this role will regularly conduct site visits, coordinate property presentations, and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, supporting marketing initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience. The Area Sales Manager is expected to maintain a strong local network, represent Nexus Realty professionally, and contribute to strategic growth plans.
