As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for driving our BPO recruitment
efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating the entire
hiring process. Your expertise will be crucial in attracting and retaining top
talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the
overall success of our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Source, screen, and interview candidates for BPO roles, ensuring a diverse
and qualified talent pool.
* Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet bulk hiring
targets.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide
suitable candidates.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment
process.
* Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted
candidates.
* Negotiate and finalize employment offers, ensuring a competitive and fair
compensation package.
* Onboard new hires, providing them with the necessary information and support.
* Maintain a positive and qualified company image during the recruitment
process.




* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BPO recruitment.
* Continuously improve recruitment processes and suggest innovative ideas for
enhancement.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, especially for
bulk hiring.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
rapport.
* Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment
tools.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed
decisions.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects
simultaneously.
