Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Principal Power Automate & Data Analytics Engineer to lead the transformation of ITSM Governance through automation, analytics, AI-driven insights, and workflow optimization. This role is responsible for architecting, developing,



and governing enterprise-scale automation solutions that eliminate manual effort, improve compliance, enhance reporting accuracy, and drive operational efficiency across IT Service Management processes.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), robust ITSM governance knowledge, advanced analytics capabilities, and the ability to design intelligent automation solutions that streamline governance activities across Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Availability, Capacity, Service Request, Risk, Audit, and Operational Excellence functions.
This is a hands-on principal engineering role requiring technical leadership, data-driven decision making, enterprise architecture thinking, and the ability to influence organizational transformation through automation and innovation.
