This division will play a pivotal role in driving new product development projects and ensuring seamless execution aligned with our strategic objectives.
Role Overview:
We are looking for high-caliber early-career professionals to join the Strategic Risk Management team within Automotive Product Development. The role will work closely with senior leadership to drive program risk management and execution reviews across new vehicle development programs and ad hoc strategic assignments. The role requires an individual who can rapidly understand complex technical and business information, identify the critical issues,



synthesize inputs from multiple functions and translate them into clear insights and actions for senior leadership. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of Automotive Engineering, Product Development, Program Management and Business Strategy.
Qualifications and Experience:
•Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the automotive sector in the realm of risk management, preferably in new product development, Manufacturing or Automotive Strategy / Planning.
•Experience can be Pre/ Post MBA.
•Full-time MBA/ PGDM from a premier B-School (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, IIT, and other equivalent etc)
•BE/ B Tech in engineering from reputed institution (TIER-1).
• Candidate without prior Automotive /Mechanical industry experience will not be considered.
