About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-commerce Lead to manage and grow FREYAA’s online business across our own website and leading online marketplaces. The role will be responsible for day-to-day online operations, inventory, catalogue management, order processing, customer experience, returns, payments, and online marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Business Management
Manage and drive sales across FREYAA’s website and online marketplaces.
Monitor daily online sales, orders, revenue and business performance.
Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer conversion.
2. Online Inventory Management
Ensure accurate and updated inventory across all online channels.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain stock availability.
Conduct regular hygiene checks for inventory, pricing, product information and visibility.

Product Catalogue Management
Prepare catalogues for recent products, including product titles, descriptions, pricing, images and attributes.
Ensure timely listing and activation of new products across all online channels.
Maintain accuracy and consistency of product information.
4. Order Management
Manage the complete order lifecycle from order receipt to dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.
Monitor pending, cancelled, failed and delayed orders and take corrective action.
5. Online Customer Relationship Management
Monitor and resolve customer queries, complaints and order-related issues.
Ensure a positive customer experience across online channels.
Track customer feedback and identify recurring issues.
6. Returns & Payment Management
Manage online returns, refunds, cancellations and related customer issues.
Coordinate with relevant teams/platforms for time
