E-commerce Operations Executive – Pune Location: Camp, Pune
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 / month Work Mode: Work From Office Time: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Mon–Sat (Sunday Off)

Note:- This is a Work From Office opportunity only

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage inventory and stock on online marketplaces.
2. Handle order processing, shipment creation, and delivery coordination.
3. Work on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & other dashboards.
4. Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams.
5. Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, and RTOs.
6. Update and manage product listings.
7. Track orders, deliveries, and prepare basic MIS reports.
8. Coordinate with accounts team for settlements and claims.

5. MS Excel / Google Sheets.
