We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales & Partner Operations Coordinator to work closely with our leadership team and support sales, partner relationships, and business development activities.
What You'll Do
Coordinate with Salesforce Account Executives, partner teams, consulting partners, and other ecosystem contacts.
Identify and connect with the appropriate Salesforce AEs and partner contacts for customer and prospect accounts.
Draft qualified introduction and follow-up emails and coordinate meetings.
Research prospective customers, accounts, industries, and key decision-makers.
Prepare concise account and meeting briefs for leadership before customer and partner calls.
Maintain Salesforce CRM records, contacts, opportunities, meeting notes, next steps, and follow-up activities.




Track open opportunities and proactively ensure actions and follow-ups are completed.
Support business development and targeted outbound activities.
Maintain partner relationships and track partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
Coordinate conferences and industry events, including identifying relevant attendees, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and post-event follow-up.
Support sales presentations, proposals, customer references, case studies, and other sales operations activities.
Provide leadership with regular visibility into outstanding opportunities, meetings, follow-ups, and next actions.
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, partner operations, account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing business role.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong professional email and business communication skills.
