Role Description -
ANOCAB is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager who can efficiently manage complete HR and Administration operations for both the Manufacturing Plant and Office.
The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, workforce management,



performance management, HR policies, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and overall administrative coordination.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both blue-collar and white-collar employees effectively.
Qualifications
Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, manpower planning, and onboarding to manage full-cycle hiring for both plant and office operations.
Experience in performance management, employee engagement, workforce retention, and employee development initiatives.
Sound knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, statutory compliance, HR documentation, audits, PF, ESIC, and other applicable requirements.
Proficiency in HR operations, HRIS systems, attendance management, payroll coordination, MIS, and HR reporting.
Robust communication, negotiation, employee relations, and conflict-resolution skills to effectively manage
