Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales activities for Tally solutions, software products, and digital transformation services, ensuring consistent revenue growth and strong client relationships. This full time,



on-site role based in Dera Bassi involves managing a sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and coaching team members to achieve sales objectives. The Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support lead generation and solution delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include pipeline management, forecasting, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records.
