Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Billing Specialist role located in South East Delhi. The Billing Specialist will handle daily billing activities, including preparing and processing invoices, managing client billing records, and ensuring accurate posting of charges and payments. The role involves reviewing billing data for completeness and accuracy, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with accounting and operations teams to resolve issues. The specialist will communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify billing details, respond to queries,



and support timely collections. Maintaining organized documentation, following company policies, and complying with relevant financial and regulatory standards are key parts of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications

Strong understanding of billing processes and client billing practices, with the ability to manage end-to-end billing cycles.
Experience with invoicing and basic accounting principles to ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting.
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams to resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and proficiency with spreadsheets or billing software.
Ability to work on-site full time, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple billing tasks.
