Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Ahmedabad. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing reports and presentations. The role involves handling expense reports, maintaining documentation and records, and supporting day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.



The Executive Assistant will serve as a key communication link, managing emails and calls, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and handling confidential information with discretion. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills to manage calendars, meetings, and executive priorities effectively.
Candidates should possess experience in Administrative Assistance, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination of office operations.
Candidates should possess proficiency in handling Expense Reports and basic financial tracking related to executive and office activities.
