Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Moradabad. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the production floor, coordinate workflows, and ensure that furniture and décor pieces meet quality standards and delivery timelines. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, and maintaining a safe and organized work setting. The Supervisor will collaborate with artisans, designers,



and management to meet customer requirements, optimize resource use, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining documentation, reporting on progress, and supporting training and development of team members.
