Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Edvolve Consulting is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings, present Edvolve’s learning solutions, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts in alignment with organizational goals.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions, and tracking performance metrics to optimize business growth. The role also includes contributing to business development strategies, gathering market feedback, and supporting outreach activities such as events or partnerships.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, opportunity identification, and pipeline management.
Strong Business acumen with the ability to understand client needs, propose appropriate solutions, and align offerings with market trends.
Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
