The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar EPC Projects and a proven track record of driving business growth, managing key customers, generating new opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities✔ Develop and execute sales strategies for Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar EPC projects.✔ Generate current business through direct sales, channel partners, references, networking, and market development.✔ Build relationships with industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential customers.✔ Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and customer meetings to proposal, negotiation, and order closure.✔ Conduct customer meetings,
site visits, requirement assessments, and commercial discussions.✔ Understand customer electricity consumption, project requirements, ROI, payback, net metering, and applicable schemes.✔ Prepare and present commercial proposals and project solutions in coordination with technical and finance teams.✔ Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value Solar EPC projects.✔ Maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, channel partners, and stakeholders.✔ Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Projects, Finance, and Execution teams for smooth project handover.✔ Monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, CRM updates, competitor activities, and market trends.✔ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.✔ Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
