Blue Orbit Healthcare is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Procurement Executive to join our growing healthcare business.

Key Responsibilities
• Source medical devices, hospital equipment, rehabilitation products, laboratory products & consumables.
• Identify and develop relationships with reliable manufacturers and suppliers across India.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate the best commercial terms.
• Conduct market research to identify new products, suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Follow up with vendors from enquiry to delivery and ensure timely procurement.
• Visit manufacturers/vendors whenever required.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and warehouse teams.
• Maintain supplier databases, quotations and procurement records.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✅ Has positive knowledge of medical products




✅ Is strong in research, negotiation and follow-up
✅ Takes ownership and works with minimal supervision
✅ Is comfortable communicating with manufacturers/vendors
✅ Can manage multiple requirements and deadlines
✅ Has good Excel/Google Sheets skills
✅ Is willing to travel for vendor visits when required
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field.
