Job Summary
The Team Leader- Real Estate Sales will own the P&L; for the BLR region and be responsible for strategizing, leading, and scaling sales operations across multiple branches and teams. This is a senior leadership role requiring a seasoned professional with 6-7 years of experience in real estate sales, team management,



and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong distribution networks in the Bangalore market.

1. Regional Sales Leadership & Growth
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.Drive primary and secondary market sales, including luxury, off-plan, and resale properties.Expand market share by identifying current business opportunities, territories, and high-potential client segments.Lead go-to-market plans for new project launches in collaboration with developers.
