Role Description

The Senior Sales Associate role at Square Yard is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, and presenting suitable real estate options. The Senior Sales Associate will conduct property visits, manage leads, follow up on inquiries, and support clients throughout the transaction process.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal teams, and staying informed about local market trends and inventory. The role offers CTC up to 5 LPA, with performance-driven growth opportunities for individuals who consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

Demonstrated sales experience in real estate or a related industry, with a track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
Solid client-facing skills, including relationship building, consultation, and negotiation in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to understand local property markets, analyze pricing and inventory, and communicate insights to clients clearly.
Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or lead-management systems) and comfort with reporting daily activities.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
