Job Title: Offshore Full Stack Developer (React JS, Node JS, AWS, Flutter) Overview We are seeking a skilled and versatile Offshore Developer with hands-on experience in React JS, Node JS, AWS cloud services, Flutter mobile app development, and up-to-date CI/CD practices. The candidate will work closely with onsite teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable applications across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, high‑performance web interfaces using React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, Hooks, and modern frontend patterns.
Build backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node JS, Express.js, and related frameworks.
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, RDS/DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, and Cognito.
Develop cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring smooth performance on both iOS and Android.
Manage version control and collaboration using GitHub, Git branching strategies, and pull request workflows.




Set up and maintain GitHub Actions for automated builds, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for web, backend, and mobile apps with automated tests and environment-based deployments.
Ensure code quality through thorough unit test coverage using Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Flutter test suites, or similar frameworks.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Collaborate effectively with onsite product owners, architects, QA, and design teams. Required Skills & Experience
4–8+ years of experience in full‑stack development, including web and mobile projects.
Strong proficiency in React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and UI component design.
Solid backend development experience with Node JS, Express.js, RESTful APIs, authentication, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with multiple AWS services and cloud-native design principles.
