About the Role We are looking for a technically strong and commercially aware Finance Controller to anchor the controllership function at indiagold.



This is a foundational role where you will own the integrity of our books, financial reporting, regulatory compliance and internal controls, while building scalable finance processes for a fast-growing NBFC. The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in Ind AS, taxation and audit with a deep understanding of lending businesses, RBI regulations and financial controls. You should be a hands-on process builder who takes ownership, has a high bar for accuracy and enjoys building systems and processes from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Financial Controllership & Reporting Own the end-to-end monthly, quarterly and annual financial close, ensuring accurate and timely accounting, reconciliations and reporting.
