About Ambrosia
Ambrosia is on a mission to become India's leading bakery and frozen-dessert brand. We're best known for our ice cream cakes, a category no one else in India owns the way we do, and we're growing fast, at over 50% year on year. We run as a cloud kitchen serving Delhi, Gurugram and Noida.
We began in 1995 as Ritu Gupta's home kitchen, built on an instinct for what tasted right. When her daughter Radhika, a Le Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef, joined to scale it, that instinct gained real technique behind it. Over the next 12 months we're expanding across Delhi NCR, and from there into other metros, and we're building the kitchen team to support that growth.

The role
We're looking for a Production Head to own pastry and bakery production across our kitchen. You'll keep quality, output and cost consistent day to day, and help build the processes and the team that let us grow steadily and without dilution.
This is a hands-on role, not one you run from a desk. You'll be on the floor,



in the sections, close to the product. We're looking for someone senior enough to take ownership now, and with the ambition to grow into a larger leadership role as we expand. This is a rare chance to build the next chapter of a brand with 30 years behind it, and to grow as it does.

What you'll do
Plan and run daily production across every section, bread and bakery, cakes and desserts, ice cream and chocolate, to meet order volumes and timelines.
Own the consistency of taste, quality and presentation across every batch, every day.
Standardise recipes and processes so quality holds as volumes grow.
Manage mise en place, inventory, procurement and vendor coordination across the kitchen.
Drive yield, portioning and cost control to protect margins.
Lead, roster, train and develop the chef de partie and commis team.
Enforce hygiene, food-safety and HACCP standards across the kitchen.
