About KRG:

KRG Strategy Consultants Private Limited (Knowledge Resource Group) is building its Talent Management vertical as a strategic backward integration of its advisory and recruitment ecosystem.
We are developing technology-enabled, sector-focused talent platforms for Finance Professionals and Healthcare, connecting organisations, professionals and opportunities in a more meaningful way.
Your Opportunity:

We are looking for people who want to contribute from Day One and grow with this new vertical.
This is more than a recruitment role. You will work across:
Recruitment | Talent Management | Relationship Building | Technology | Business Development
You will:
Build relationships with corporates, recruiters, CA/CMA/CS professionals and job seekers.
Understand hiring needs and support end-to-end recruitment mandates.
Build talent pipelines across Finance & Healthcare.




Drive corporate onboarding, job postings and candidate engagement.
Contribute to the growth of KRG's technology-enabled talent platforms.
Build professional networks and long-term stakeholder relationships.
Who We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, business development or relationship management.
Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, target-oriented and willing to take ownership.
Comfortable engaging with senior professionals, recruiters and candidates.
Interested in the intersection of Recruitment + Technology + Business Development.
Ability to work independently in a growth-stage environment.
Graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, Commerce, Management or a related field preferred.
