Role Description The Regional Sales Head – Cement (South) will lead cement sales operations across the southern region, with a primary base in Gulbarga. This full-time, in office role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base among dealers, contractors, infrastructure companies, and institutional clients. The role includes setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and pricing, and aligning regional plans with overall business objectives. The Regional Sales Head will collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely supply, effective credit management, and high service levels.
