Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling & turning.

Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.

Support recent product development (NPD) activities through process development and machining trials.

Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, holders, based on component geometry and material.

Determine cutting speeds, feeds, depth of cut, and machining strategies.

Work closely with tooling suppliers for tool trials and productivity improvements.

Preferred Skills

Experience in AutoCAD

Experience CAM programming basics
