Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration: Oversee daily operations of the SharePoint Online tenant, including site collection creation, architecture management, and storage allocation.
Access & Security Management: Configure and enforce site-level permissions, user access controls, and security groups in alignment with data governance policies.
Automation & Scripting: Utilize PowerShell to automate repetitive administrative tasks, bulk site management,



and configuration baselines.
Collaboration Integration: Administer integrations between SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 applications, such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform.
Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the Tier 2/3 support lead to diagnose and resolve platform outages, synchronization errors, and site malfunctions.
Training & Onboarding: Create user documentation and deliver training sessions to help non-technical site owners safely manage their content.
Lifecycle Management: Conduct regular audits of the setting to identify, archive, or delete dormant sites and clean up redundant document libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience managing Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
