Role Description The Assistant Manager Human Resources is a full-time, in office role based in Kurla. This position is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation. The role involves assisting in performance management processes, supporting training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.



The Assistant Manager Human Resources will handle employee engagement activities, address basic employee queries, and help implement HR best practices aligned with organizational goals.
