Role Description The Deputy Manager Human Resources will be a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore North, responsible for overseeing and implementing HR policies and practices across KGiSL Educational Institutions. The role includes managing end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions, coordinating onboarding, and supporting workforce planning.



The Deputy Manager HR will handle performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and grievance resolution while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and applicable regulations. Daily tasks also involve maintaining HR records, monitoring attendance and leave systems, coordinating payroll inputs, and supporting training and development programs for staff and faculty. The role requires close collaboration with institutional leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and to foster a positive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning appropriate for educational institutions.
Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
